I was given an upscale and clean room with slippers as well as bottled water. The location offered was great right by boutiques and the 16th mall and the train station. It also was in the center.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, with a fantastic spa and a helpful valet staff. The housekeeping team did a great job, and Angie, Katie, and Erica were professional and apologetic when addressing our complaint. The front desk staff, especially Rahel, were very nice, and the location near the Colorado convention center and 16th street mall was convenient. The mountain view from our room was excellent, and the room itself was spacious.
No complaints, everything was great. Felt warm and comfortable throughout our stay.

The room was new-fashioned and beautifully designed, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was absolutely perfect and favourable, next door to a shopping mall.
